Erin Cook, Multiplicity... that's the same girl as 5 different Anime characters, for an editorial profile story in the Winter 2007 issue of AZ Teen Magazine. Erin Cook makes many of these different Anime costumes.

This was my first attempt at Multiplicity shot, which took about 5 hours to shoot (mainly due to the costume changes) and about 7 hours of Photoshop post production (mainly due to looking at all the poses next to each other and seeing how the spacing worked. Also took some blending layer areas, because I moved the light for a couple of the characters).

Nikon 12-24mm at 12mm, f/11 @ 1/30th/sec to allow for some ambient fill. There was a large bank of north light windows behind me which allowed for some ambient light in the room, and I wanted to pick up the windows in the far room as well.

Lighting: Dynalite
Main light: Medium Chimera, camera right.
Side light, camera left: shoot through umbrella by the wall as an edge light.
Back light: shoot through umbrella in back room, lighting the red abstract painting.
Side light: SB800 into a shoot through umbrella on wall to the right, not much power needed.
