Here is the screen capture for the 3rd Red Planet.
The configuration is the same for the Red Planets with these times: 19, 17, 15, 13 seconds.
There are 8 red bunkers to contend with from the beginning of the screen.

It shows:
• The planet upon entry. in each successive Red Planet you will have 2 seconds less to complete the task.
You have 19, 17 , 15, or 13 seconds to activate the Reactor Link and exit the Red Planet.

• Shoot the Reactor Link and get out safely.

The only difference is in the time counting down

Quick Advice:
** If you really want to attempt to complete the Red Planet past the 2nd Solar System, My advice is to shoot as many of the red bunkers on the way to the Reactor Link - exiting is easier without having bunkers to contend with. Start shooting right away and keep shooting -- use your shield, especially when in close, as you need to destroy the bunkers or get past them.

Ultimately, you do not have to destroy ANY of the bunkers, IF you can activate the Reactor Link, AND exit in the amount of time counting down - regardless if you destroy 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 bunkers, if the Reactor Link is active when you exit the tunnel, you will advance to the next solar system (that is easier said than done).

** BE PREPARED TO USE YOUR SHIELDS ALMOST THE ENTIRE TRIP IN AND OUT OF THE SPIRAL. You might not need to do so, but BE PREPARED, just the same - and shoot like crazy at the bunkers from a long way off. If you are lucky and skilled you will destroy them before you get to them (makes it much easier.)

Control of the ship in the Spiral Tunnel is difficult at best, even without 8 gun turrets attempting to BLOW YOU UP! Don't get discouraged - this is one tough planet to complete.
